This is one of our favorite Idiocracy Hospital shirts.  No Money is a symbol that took us a while to see and understand.  For many of us in America, this is a very serious ailment that if left untreated may cause death.  Poor people get the short end of the stick here, especially when it comes to health care.  If you walk into a hospital with no money and no insurance they will surely be mashing the button and giving you the boot.
