          Product description 產品描述和用途
          SEJ90-2-ZR is two-step silan cross-linkable PE insulation compound for low-voltage cables. It is a kind of insulations of low-voltage cables and control cables through  squeeze tube mold production process. It is made from silan grafted A, catalyst B and halogenous flame-retardant masterbatch SEJ90-ZR. The density of SEJ90-ZR is 1.82±0.2g/cm3,the proportion between A and B is 95:5. The
          Adding amount of flame-retardant masterbatch changes according to the section surface sizes of the cables (10%~30%). It is mainly suitable for the cables of American Standards like XHH, XHHW, XHHW-2, RHH, RHW, RHW-2 and SIS. Large adding amount for small section surface size, and small amount for large section surface size. The general purposes are to make sure the cables pass horizontal burning test of UL-44. Working voltage for wire and cables are 1KV and below, the highest working temperature is 90℃.
          SEJ90-2-ZR是低壓電線電纜用二步法硅烷交聯聚乙烯絕緣料。主要用于通過擠管式模具生產的低壓電力電纜和工業電纜的絕緣。該材料由硅烷接枝A料、催化劑B料、含鹵阻燃母粒SEJ90-ZR 三部分組成,阻燃母粒密度為1.82±0.2g/cm3,接枝A料和催化劑B料的比例為95比5,阻燃母粒的添加量需根據電線電纜的截面積規格變化(10%~30%),主要是用于美標的XHH、XHHW、XHHW-2、RHH、RHW、RHW-2、SIS線纜,大截面電纜添加的較少,小截面積添加的較多,目的是要保證電纜通過UL-44的水平燃燒試驗,電線電纜工作電壓為1KV及以下,最高工作溫度為90℃
